Yes. Remove breakables from the tops of furniture in the room we will be cleaning. Pick up items from the floor in areas you want cleaned such plants, trash cans, toys, etc...

This is optional. You do not need to move furniture unless you want us to clean underneath. If items such us nightstands, beds, TV stands, cabinets, dressers, book cases, etc...have not been moved we would clean around it.

Usually we remove all of the stains from the furniture or carpet but is not always possible. Some stains are permanent, specially those that have been there for a while and may not be removable.

There is no specific amount of time used for any particular item. Time can vary but most jobs normally take from 2 - 3 hours. The time it takes to complete the job depends on the condition of the carpet or furniture and the number of items to be cleaned.

Normally all carpet and upholstery cleaning takes form 8 - 24 hours to dry. This depends on several factors such as temperature, ventilation and humidity of the room as well as the thickness and type of material of the item.

It's best to allow drying time of 6 - 8 hours before you can walk on your carpet. It's best to wait 2 days before placing heavy furniture back onto the carpet if not using blocks.
